October is here and that means a visit to the pumpkin patch. We took Scarlett to her first pumpkin patch when she was just two months old. There is a pretty good one by our house that has different scenes and lots of pumpkins, but this year, we decided to try something different and go to the Corn Maze. Our bible class went there last year, but I wasn't brave enough to take Clark as an infant, so we stayed home and decided we would try it out this year. Clark was a bit tired because he missed his morning nap, but I think they both had fun. Scarlett definitely loved it!
as you can tell from the picture, it was actually pretty windy which helped keep things kind of cool
Scarlett loved these little goats
Clark didn't
here she is having fun on the "corn popper"
We got there right when they opened, so there was no waiting in line for anything
this slide was Scarlett's absolute favorite thing to do
he was so pooped I think he conked out before we ever left the parking lot
They have an awesome maze that you can go through, but they say it takes about an hour, so we decided maybe the kids were a little young for that activity. Brody and I wanted to try it, but I know the kids would have been bored, so we may try it another year. Overall, it was a lot of fun, and if you're close to the area, you should check it out!

Looks like you had such a fun day together as a family. It was the perfect day for your outing.
All the shots are great but that one of you and Clark is gorgeous.

I agree with Lisa...that pic of you with Clark is stunning!!
That was the picture I noticed too! Funny how we as mommies noticed your beauty as you bonded with your son! Glad you guys had fun!
Looks like it was lots of fun AND the perfect time to go...I don't see anyone in the background of your photos. Last year when we went, it was pretty crowded.
So much fun! We're going to try to go to a pumpkin patch this week in San Diego. Love the pictures. The one of you and Clark is great - you look fabulous! And I love Scarlett's outfit of course :-) You or your mom??
Also, the soup - I will email it to you next week when we get back home.
Hey girl! That sounds like a blast! We are trying to plan a trip to San Antonio here in the next few weeks to hit the zoo, Riverwalk, etc. and we may have to add that pumpkin patch to our list! Your kids are so precious! I love Scarlett's outfit- did you do that one? You look great girl! Mommy looks good on you- God bless!
