I don't know if you all know this or not, but my super craft sister has a new craft blog. On her craft blog, she has a new tutorial showing how to make this darling dress. It's fast, CHEAP, easy and perfect for a beginner like me. (I used 1 1/2 yards and the whole dress cost me $6.50) I think it's the perfect dress for the warm summer days.
